At Pure Barre, the Front Desk Team Member plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional studio experience. From welcoming clients and checking them into class, to supporting our teachers and promoting memberships, you'll help create the warm, empowering environment we’re known for. This position is a great entry point into the Pure Barre family—with opportunities to grow into teaching and leadership roles!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute the full sales process: lead generation, follow-up, and closing via in-person, phone, and text communication

  • Greet and check in clients, providing a warm and professional first impression

  • Tailoring conversations to the client’s goals and fitness interests to create a bond with the client

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and help maintain a positive studio community

  • Sell memberships and class packages

  • Accurately process payments (cash and credit)

  • Take photos and help create content for social media platforms

  • Support with light cleaning duties 

  • Collaborate with the studio team to ensure smooth operations

  • Complete other tasks as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build client relationships

  • Sales-driven mindset with a desire to meet and exceed goals

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive

  • Comfortable using and learning new software (ClubReady experience a plus)

  • Able to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and via email/text

  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines

  • Proficient computer skills

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Compensation: $17.81 per hour
