We are currently expanding our team in Pure Barre seeking a qualified Studio Manager that is focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. POSITION:

The Studio Manager (Fractional/P-T) will oversee several aspects of studio functionality from daily operations to leveraging our regional support team to be successful.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attentive to early am studio schedule - est. 24-30 weekday and some weekend hours per week.
Partner with regional sales support continue growth of new members via the digital and social media marketing and acquisition process.
New Membership and retail sales.
Create and execute marketing print, digital, on-property efforts in conjunction with use of Digital Stack and corporate PB marketing support tools.
Hire, manage and lead staff in partnership effort with Lead Teacher and Metairie Store leadership and regional support team.
Conduct all HR duties as assigned.
Collect out-standing dues.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
Enforce studio policies and procedures.
Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
Any other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred.
Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail.
Previous management or supervisory experience or equivalency required.
Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone.
Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit.
Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement.
Must have an affinity and passion for fitness.
Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in gym management software (Club Ready) and POS to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc. preferred.
College Degree Preferred.
