We are currently expanding our team in Pure Barre and seeking a qualified Sales Manager that is focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. LEAD SALES POSITION:
front desk sales associate with some assistant manager responsibilities 
*28-32 hours a week. 
Saturdays Required. 
1 Sunday a month required for our Open House Weekends. 



REQUIREMENTS: 
1+ years of fitness, health & wellness or service sales experience
Ability to manage and drive multiple streams including memberships and retail 
Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email
Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment
Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement
An affinity and passion for fitness
Solid writing and grammar skills
Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
Proficiency with computers and Studio software

DUTIES
Manage daily operations of the front desk and retail area
Lead and train sales associates on sales techniques and customer service standards
Assist in inventory management and retail sales operations
Implement sales process throughout new prospect's journey to successfully convert to membership 
Membership sales
Independently make decisions related to high level customer service and support to clients 
Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
Collect out-standing dues
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
Enforce Pure Barre policies and procedures
Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
Any other duties as assigned


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
This position offers a very competitive hourly rate; based on experience & performance. 
Commission paid on sales (new membership sales)
Potential for monthly bonuses based on monthly net membership goals
Unlimited growth potential within the company.

Compensation starts at $15/hr with a Free Membership to the 3 RVA Pure Barre studios, plus bonus' and commission!

We're looking for the long term - someone who can work independently within a sales-heavy environment, who has an outgoing personality, who enjoys talking with people, and must have phone etiquette with eagerness to learn and promote all things Pure Barre. This position has ability to grow into a management roll and additional hours. 

You will be expected to make a minimum of 20 phone calls per shift to prospective members, along with emails and texting.

Along with the responsibilities of booking and selling to prospective clients, it is to also handle basic member issues, utilize a POS system when they wish to buy retail.
